Anise Frost

Anise is the founder of Thrive4d and has spent eleven years at the intersection of operational rigour and human performance. Before founding the practice, she spent her career as a mathematician solving complex problems inside educational organisations — building an analytical precision that most leadership consultancies don't bring.

That combination is the founding insight of Thrive4d: that you cannot solve a human problem with operational tools alone, and you cannot sustain operational change without understanding the human dynamics underneath it.

Anise is an ICF PCC-accredited coach and NLP Practitioner, working with senior executives, leadership teams and organisations navigating significant change.

It's a combination that is rare — and it's the reason our clients come back.
